Self-Lubricating Bushings
RWG FRASLIP self-lubricating bearing materials are based on specially engineered liner fabrics. This design provides high load ratings, uniform wear, low friction and extended service life.
RWG has three basic formulations that cover most applications.
FRASLIP F
Self-lubricating liner system that consists of synthetic fibers used for high static loads and low speeds.
- Tight woven fabric of multifilament synthetic fibers, coated (saturated) with a unique formula of PTFE, resin and special filers.
- Outstanding compatibility with bare titanium
- Non-swelling
- Low Outgassing
- Qualified to SAE AS 81820, EN2755, ABS2045 plus customer approvals
- Temperature range from -67 F to 325 F and can handle 392 F for a short duration.
FRASLIP EF
Helicopter liner system that consists of special PTFE based factory and super finished ceramic mating surface. FRASLIP EF fulfills the performance requirements of SAE AS81819 and was developed for high speed oscillating applications.
- Temperature range of -67 F to 325 F
FRASLIP T
Self-lubricating bearing system of factory high strength with non-fluid absorbing fibers. FRASLIP T is suitable for high temperate and/or high-speed applications at medium loads.
- Temperature range of -65 F t0 600 F and can handle 675 F for a short duration
